The Victory Banner:
He holds a cylindrical banner. It marks the triumph of the Dharma over greed.

4. Dhrtarastra (King of the East)
Dhrtarastra sits to the immediate right of the Buddha. He is the Guardian of the East. He governs through harmony rather than force.
